ABOUT JACQUELINE MURPHY
I am the Knowledge Management Lawyer for Freeths’ National Restructuring & Insolvency department. Before joining Freeths as a knowledge management lawyer, I was a solicitor, specialising in a wide range of insolvency law, both contentious and non contentious matters including administrations, liquidations, bankruptcies, IVAs, CVAs, debt recovery, security reviews and LPA Receiverships. I now provide national support to Freeths’ R&I team and I am responsible for the team’s precedents, know-how, providing training internally and externally, assisting the team in bespoke technical enquiries and preparing articles/blogs for internal use and external sources. I am also a member on the R3 Yorkshire regional committee.
