About Jacqueline Lockhart
Over 35 years of training and professional experience in theatre and dance. Performed and choreographed for Warner Bros, LaFace records, Atlanta Hawks and numerous arts entertainment entities. Founded the Sixth Avenue Bapt Dance Ministry, Miles College Golden Stars and the J. Lockhart Performing Arts Institute. Recent work includes directing Bham\'s 2012 Chocolate Nutcracker, commissioned dance drama for the Bham SCLC 50 Years Forward tribute to the Civil Rights Movement, SCL Quantum Awards honoring human rights activist and Grammy award winner, Harry Belafonte. Ms. Lockhart\'s work has inspired countless children and youth as well as influenced the growth of other arts organizations throughout the southeast.
