Key member of Citi Community Capital’s Credit team that provides sponsor and guarantor credit analysis in order to make lending decisions to new and existing clients. Also, insurance subject matter expert and underwriter for complex affordable housing projects across the United States. I develop ideas on how to streamline the team\'s risk adjusted initiatives and processes to serve our client base, including rolling out new tools and processes. I am responsible to perform timely financial analysis for +$5 billion credit by analyzing financial documents for individuals and entities and effectively communicating to senior management, risk, and bankers to highlight potential impacts to repayment strength and risk ratings. Work closely with underwriting, asset managers, bankers, transaction management, clients and the service team to understand and provide insight on new sponsor structures in the pipeline.
