ABOUT JACQUELINE KELLEY
I am passionate in ensuring that every student receives an equitable opportunity to learn how to read. With students literacy rates falling, I have found myself taking an interest in phonics and learning the fundamentals of learning how to read all over again, this time with the intention to teach students so they can have the ability to create a solid foundation of a skill they will use the rest of their life. I am focused on books as a medium of change and aim to help design effective reading curriculum to promote elementary student literacy. Dedicated to creating a love of reading within all students, I look forward to sharing ideas and exploring opportunities within the field of education and beyond.
