To effectively support and manage leadership development programs I- Monitor three different programs’ budgets ranging from to allocate resources correctly, track revenue and avoid overspending- Manage the Department of Transportation\'s Executive Onboarding program that prepares 33 new executives to effectively lead their modes within DOT- Moderate six, 1.5-hour virtual training sessions for ~50 front line supervisors on employee engagement practices- Lead a team of 9 program coordinators by prepping them before each session and serve as a go-to person for all questions about the Excellence in Government Fellows program. I onboard new employees to the program and have refreshed all onboarding materials and created new Standard Operating Procedure documents. By doing so, all program coordinators are prepared and equipped with resources and knowledge to support their executive coaches and federal employees- Offer exceptional customer service to my group of 28 GS 13-15 employees by anticipating their needs while managing program logistics for the Excellence in Government Fellows program- Track attendance for all ~280 participants in the Excellence in Government Fellows program each year and help them make up any absences so that they can graduate and receive their official certificate of completion.
