Human Resources Business Partner of the Sentry Hospitality Division; focusing on the strategic partnership with business leaders, and leading the Human Resources strategy for business unit • Leads and manages, in partnership with the business leaders, to resolve employee relations issues, development of compensation plan and recommendations, and succession planning for business unit.• Develops and utilizes key business and Human Resources metrics and data to monitor changes or trends on results.
