ABOUT JACQUELINE H.
I’m a product manager focused on turning complex data and model outputs into products that people can actually use to make decisions. Most of my work has been in data-heavy environments, where the challenge isn’t just building the system, but making the output clear enough to drive real-world action. I tend to focus on that translation layer, taking inputs from data and models and shaping them into workflows that feel intuitive and reliable. At Picarro, I am working on products that combine GIS data and model outputs to help utilities better understand and act on emissions. Before that at Alarm.com, I launched a new fleet management product and led development of an LLM-powered chatbot designed to reduce support burden while still producing consistent, high-quality responses. I work hands-on when shaping products, especially when it comes to how systems behave in practice. I spend time prototyping ideas, working through edge cases, and building small, structured systems using AI tools to understand how they perform in real use. That helps me make more grounded product decisions and move quickly when new opportunities emerge. I’m always interested in connecting with others working on thoughtful, data-driven products, especially in AI, climate, and infrastructure.
