ABOUT JACQUELINE GRENIER

I’m a business analyst with 15 years of experience at a large national nonprofit, where I’ve had the opportunity to grow my career and evolve alongside the organization.I started in application support and spent the more recent years there as an Application Support Manager. In that role, I worked closely with regional teams across the country—helping troubleshoot issues, providing hands-on technical support, and making sure people had what they needed to do their jobs effectively. I also led training efforts and created detailed documentation to make systems and processes more accessible and easier to navigate.In September 2023, I transitioned into a business analyst role. I work with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze processes, and help drive improvements that make a real impact. I enjoy digging into problems, asking the right questions, and turning complex needs into clear, actionable outcomes.What’s been most rewarding throughout my career is building strong relationships and being someone others can rely on—whether that’s solving an issue, improving a process, or helping a team feel more confident using the tools in front of them.I’m always open to connecting with others who are passionate about problem-solving, collaboration, and making systems work better for the people who use them.
