I have extensive training and experience in psychotherapy and psychological testing, and have worked with individuals of all ages and levels of functioning in diverse therapeutic settings. I am competent in a range of different theoretical perspectives and intervention models, and tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual with whom I work. I approach each session with interest and openness, creating space for my clients to explore all aspects of themselves. I strive to facilitate this exploration by being emotionally present and empathically attuned. I am skilled at helping individuals acquire insight into any difficulties they may be facing, and working with them to uncover their hidden potentials, so that they may lead more fulfilling lives.
