About Jacqui Coffman
Commissioned as an Army Intelligence Officer from Michigan State University, I went on to serve in various leadership roles at home and while deployed to Desert Storm, Haiti, and Bosnia. After nine years of service, I continue to serve as an active duty Army Spouse and DoD Civilian. Sometimes frustrated with the prospects of employment during each of our moves, I have empathy for spouses and veterans that want to work! Currently, I am working for the Army Artificial Intelligence Integration Center to develop the Army’s AI personnel capabilities. Some of my other endeavors include human resource program management, staffing, and recruitment, facilitating workshops, designing curriculum, managing my own ice machine business in the Florida Keys, leading a Military Child Education Coalition team, working as a Department of Labor Employment Facilitator, and volunteering in various community outreach programs for Military Families and Soldiers.

Plans and conducts analysis on all phases of Artificial Intelligence (AI) team organization, training, education, and personnel development for the Department of the Army and Army Futures Command. •Provides recommendations on existing and proposed AI Workforce Development systems and associated force structure. Formulates policies and recommends new methods or changes to the existing curriculum. Directs studies related to sustainment and development of AI education and training to team structure and associated force design updates.•Prepares and presents briefs on workforce development projects to executives of military and non-military groups.•Plans and prepares conferences, staff visits, reviews, and discusses studies, contingency plans, or concept papers with both military and non-military agencies.
