ABOUT JACQUELINE CARR
I am pursuing a rigorous academic curriculum with honors classes and a passion for STEM subjects, law, and journalism. I am also a proud daughter of my French and Australian parents and have traveled extensively across continents, gaining a global perspective and cultural awareness.Besides my studies, I am actively involved in Être Girls, a women empowerment organization that helps girls find out who they want to be. I serve as the co-president and board member of Club Être, a branch of the organization that offers excellent connections to female role models who inspire girls who feel like giving up on their passions. I have also delivered a TEDed talk on coaching women, showcasing my leadership, communication, and policy advocacy skills.My goal is to continue learning and growing as a student, a leader, and a changemaker and to explore the intersections of STEM, law, and journalism in addressing the challenges of our time, such as climate change.
