About Jacqueline Caravanos

Jackie Caravanos has been delivering HR solutions to organizations for years. She has worked both in internal HR departments, as well as externally with clients to align business strategy with HR solutions. She has developed cutting edge policies to address the changing workforce, and has facilitated trainings that enable organizations to retain valued workers, increase productivity, and improve employee morale. Jackie has held HR roles at Time Warner Cable and Paychex, and is currently a Human Resource Business Partner at ADP, a worldwide industry leader in employee and employer human capital management services. She holds a Bachelors in Sociology from SUNY New Paltz, a Masters in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from New York Institute of Technology, and both her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
