I have been a corporate lawyer since 1988. I began my practice advising public and private companies in a variety of sectors on a day-to-day and transactional basis, dealing with everything from securities law compliance to mergers and acquisitions, but with an emphasis on acquisitions and on finance. In the past 15 years I have focused exclusively on representing borrowers and lenders in complex debt transactions. In particular, I represent private equity and other acquirers in financing their acquisitions, project finance lenders, international and domestic lenders and borrowers and agent lenders in syndicated loans.
