With over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, I am Senior Vice President, Asset Management - Operations at LXP Industrial Trust, a leading industrial REIT that owns and operates a portfolio of high-quality logistics assets across the US. In this role, I oversee the operational and financial performance of a diverse portfolio of industrial properties, totaling over 65 million square feet, and manage a team of regional and local asset managers, property managers, and leasing agents. I am passionate about delivering value to our investors, tenants, and communities, by implementing strategic plans, optimizing asset utilization, enhancing tenant retention, and maximizing returns. I leverage my expertise in operations, lease administration, and asset management, as well as my credentials as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Texas Real Estate Broker, to execute complex transactions, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. I also enjoy mentoring and developing talent, and fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer service within our organization.
