Provide responsive and engaged leadership of City Year Buffalo working collaboratively with diverse constituencies including AmeriCorps members, senior leadership teams (locally and nationally), site staff, board members, school partners, and community champions to advance City Year’s mission. Work across all levels of community to advance educational equity in Western New York and across the United States at all City Year sites. Create and maintain an inclusive culture, by developing a team where all members feel belonging and work towards City Year’s vision for educational equity, inclusion, and anti-racism. Develop and advance a clear vision that empowers and holds staff, AmeriCorps members, and partners accountable to shared goals and strategy for program delivery. Steward the site’s resources and stakeholder relationships, to build coalitions and partnerships that maintain, secure, and manage funding, and engagement that sustains the site and organization\'s financial health and community standing.
