Jacqueline\'s experience spans across legal, finance, technology across enterprise commercial customers and partners. She has served in roles both the customer facing and headquarters such as Global Technical Account Manager, Services Quality Director, Chief of Staff, Global Innovation Director and currently Global Early Access Engineering Leader for Microsoft Solutions. Her experience spans across global audiences & worldwide teams, as she partnered with Global CELA while authoring and governing Enterprise Services Authorization Policy (ESAP); she also designed and managed Worldwide Enterprise Innovation for Data & AI in the Commercial organization. In her current role, Jacqueline is the Early Access Engineering Leader in Microsoft Solutions organization with a specific focus on innovative and cutting edge technologies such as AI/ML Models, Conversational AI, Computer Vison, Quantum Computing that solve business problems while driving rapid ROI that align IT solutions to their overall business goals. Driving a consistent and differentiated customer experience is a key component and Jacqueline has instantiated an approach called Human Centered Engineering and places our customers at the center of what we design, build and deliver. Our human first approach encompasses empathy, compassion, inclusion and is essential in helping our customers transformation into the digital age.
