I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with more than 20 years of experience spanning digital health, virtual care, cardiometabolic health, behavior change, clinical education, and patient engagement.Throughout my career, I have supported individuals across obesity medicine, metabolic health, diabetes prevention, women\'s health, and lifestyle medicine through coaching, education, and personalized care. My work has taught me that meaningful health outcomes are driven not only by evidence-based recommendations, but also by human connection, empathy, and a deep understanding of behavior.Today, my interests lie at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and innovation.
