Helping small businesses / new entrepreneurs, and nonprofits level up their existing brand authority and achieve their goals by authentically connecting with their true audience that values what they have to offer and become loyal supporters of their products or services. Helping sales teams refine their sales approach and techniques and infuse this with their unique gifts, talents and personality for a higher level of connection with their audience leading to greater partnership opportunities. I\'m a former Director of Sales and Marketing in the Hospitality Industry leading and managing sales teams to book an average of $15 million annually. In my over 25 years in the industry, I have worked in markets such as Newark NJ, New York and Buckhead Atlanta.(I\'m from Jamaica so I also worked at the Jamaica Tourist Board office in Ocho Rios.) In 2016, I transitioned to entrepreneurship launching my consulting and training company and also my nonprofit (The Jamaica Project USA). At the end of the day, it\'s about finding our gifts and our authentic voice, brilliantly packaging it and sharing it with the world for greater impact.
