With 30+ years leading operations and finance across healthcare, consumer products, finance, technology, and entertainment, Jacqueline (Jacque) Davis knows what it takes to move ideas from concept to reality—and how to coach leaders to do the same.A CPA by training and former CFO and COO, Jacque has spent her career designing scalable business solutions for complex operational challenges for leading organizations including Toyota, Snap, Myspace, Mattel, and, most recently, 24 Hour Home Care. There, she advanced from Controller to the C-suite in the span of under a decade, growing her team from 6 to 100+, advising the CEO/Co-Founder and Board of Directors, and helping to scale the business (5x revenue in 5 years). She has overseen budgets ranging from to $60M and led major system implementations at various organizations. What she’s most proud of, though, is the work she did on the people side: mentoring rising leaders, creating space for bold decisions, and navigating high-stakes change with clarity and confidence.Throughout her own career, Jacque discovered that the real work of leadership isn’t just about strategy or financial results, it’s about helping people step into their full potential. That belief now defines her work as a full-time Partner and Coach at 25th Hour Group, where she coaches CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and COOs to sharpen their financial strategy, elevate their leadership impact, work more effectively with their boards, and grow their organizations with purpose. As a coach, Jacque blends the rigor and strategic mindset that have defined her career with warmth, honesty, and a deep commitment to the leaders she serves. Outside of work, Jacque is a mom, an avid tennis player, and a lover of the outdoors.
