I’m a Customer Experience technology strategist and Salesforce Product Owner with a passion for solving messy problems with smart, scalable solutions. I specialize in translating business needs into streamlined processes that actually work for the teams using them — from Support to Customer Success, Services to Sales.Over the years, I’ve led major Salesforce initiatives including a Lightning migration, Omni-Channel rollout, and custom account management tooling. I thrive in roles where I can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that what we build not only works, but works well for the people on the ground.My experience spans both sales and post-sales functions, giving me a holistic view of the customer lifecycle. I love working cross-functionally, improving processes, and championing user-centered design in internal tools.Currently, I’m part of the Customer Success Experience organization at Splunk (now part of Cisco), and I’m exploring what’s next, whether that’s growing into leadership, expanding into new areas of technology, or helping more teams unlock the full potential of their CRM platforms.Based in Colorado Springs, working remotely — with a great dog keeping me company.
