There are more than ten times as many trees on earth than there are stars in the Milky Way. Life is interesting and filled with counter-intuitive events that seem to contradict how we think about the world. I have come to realize the value of translating theoretical principles, by which we understand nature, into solutions for a curious world where trees are doing better (numerically) than stars in the Milky Way.I am a data scientist who works well in an innovative and collaborative environment where I am challenged with real world problems. I solve problems, and I am really good at it. I have practical experience in both deploying algorithms to solve these problems as well as overseeing others in the execution of the solutions. Furthermore, I have an extensive understanding of machine learning techniques and have deployed several of these algorithms in production.
