With 18+ years in the Mining and Metals industry, I have been successful in various aspects of process engineering, from R&D, advanced control, and engineering design, to production and commissioning. After completing a full-time MBA program, re-assessing my career, and meeting many inspiring entrepreneurs, I started Flank Engineering, an engineering analytics company. At Flank Engineering we worked closely with our clients to truly understand their operational challenges and design solutions that are effective in achieving its goal. As experienced process data systems integrators, we built our clients\' processing data infrastructure in a sensible, efficient manner to align with their long-term digital transformation objectives. We fused metallurgical subject matter expertise with the latest data analytics tools to uncover valuable, actionable insights for my clients, and help them to implement practical solutions that allow them to capture the hidden value.More recently I joined BBA Consultants, leading the Process Engineering team in Toronto in the fields of Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy.
