ABOUT JACOPO JESSE

I\'m Jacopo Jesse, Senior Account Executive at Bloomberg LP covering Government & Supranational Agencies and Hedge Funds in France. With an experience in Analytics as Equity and FI Specialist, I am Master in Management graduate awarded with a merit scholarship and specialisations in Sustainability and Business Consulting. I also graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Economics & Management. Thanks to my international mindset and passion for travel, I speak 4 languages. I consider myself a rigorous, self-starter and altruistic person. For this reason, I have always been passionate about social impact. I was a consultant at 180 degrees consulting, the largest consulting firm for NGOs and social enterprises. I worked for a startup operating in green crowdinvesting, developing a go-to-market strategy. In addition, I’m really committed in international volunteer service. My most important experiences in the NGO sector have been in Tanzania and Syria to improve the life of people. They gave me a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to any kind of culture and context. This, linked with plenty of business projects I participated in, improved my leadership, empathy and teamwork. In addition, other two areas in which I got a strong expertise are social entrepreneurship and sustainable investing. I have had the opportunity to gain experience from the perspective of investors and startups. In fact, I worked at Luxembourg Stock Exchange as sustainable finance analyst focusing mainly on researching business opportunities and issuing sustainable bonds. Moreover, I worked at Impact Hub Milano, an incubator for social startups, as a startup and investment analyst. This role was mainly based on analyzing startups and manage business angel networks. Furthermore, I have a proven track record in financial analysis, both professionally and academically. I have had experience as a consultant for a company in the genomics sector, scouting startups for a M&A deal, doing a market research and developing an investor deck. At university, I have developed several projects for financial analyst and corporate finance courses. The most interested projects were to develop a financial analysis of Hermes and create a portfolio of EU stocks. In this last project, we competed with other 9 groups and we got the greatest performance, beating also the Eurostoxx50.
