As a key consultant in Global Harmonization projects for leading pharmaceutical companies including AbbVie, Teva, and Ferring, I am responsible for managing the governance models agreed between these organizations and technology providers such as Antares Vision.Key Responsibilities:1. Global Project Coordination- Interact with Global Serialization Teams of pharmaceutical companies to implement and manage agreed governance models- Harmonize technology solutions (SW versions, configurations, devices, and documentation) across worldwide manufacturing plants for multiple clients.2. Governance and Standardization- Ensure achievement of diverse objectives within the governance model for each client- Oversee projects and implementations across various manufacturing sites, maintaining adherence to global team-defined standard approaches.3. Communication Management- Manage inbound and outbound communication between pharmaceutical clients and technology providers- Conduct daily assessments on the status of ongoing and upcoming projects across different client portfolios.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration- While external interaction focuses on global teams of pharmaceutical companies, internal coordination involves multiple departments within technology providers, including: • PMO • SW Development • Procurement • Customer Service • Planning • Sales • Field Engineering5. Multi-Client Project Oversight- Apply expertise gained from precious projects to optimize processes for other clients- Adapt governance models and implementation strategies to meet the specific needs of each pharmaceutical company while maintaining global best practices.This role requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical traceability requirements, strong project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments in the global pharmaceutical
