Clinigen is the leading authority in the field of named-patient programmes managing the named patient supply of specialist medicines. My role is to provide effective internal and external project management to new accounts and successfully implement changes to existing programs.• Defining, reviewing and implementing agreed process design and initial proposal production with the Business Development Team.• Upon award of the program, ensuring all necessary contracts and agreements (Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Quality Technical Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, Safety Data Exchange Agreements and others) are in place.• Leading a cross-functional team comprising stakeholders across Clinigen for the design, implementation and delivery of programs. • Proactively working with internal teams to assist with the provision of program training.• Successfully developing and delivering programs from set up to close out.• Full accountability and responsibility for the success of the program in accordance with client expectations.• Soliciting and managing internal and external feedback within Clinigen Departments, recommending and implementing improvements and assisting with cross functional change when necessary.• Management of third-party vendors who are responsible for delivery a service for client programs.• Maintaining communication with the client, in line with the agreed program communication plan. • Managing scope changes throughout the program by receiving and understanding a request from the client, assessing contractual and operational implications and progressing as required with support from the internal cross-functional team.• Proposing and implementing agreed pragmatic, commercially viable solutions to issues and problems where appropriate.• Delivery of Key Performance Indicators, including budgetary targets, as well as account relationship development objectives.• Line managing Program Managers and Program Associates.
