Following my previous assignment, I was promoted to Business controller - Finance Manager role. I lead a core finance team of three members, comprising both local and shared service center team members.I manage the monthly financial close, for both Local and US GAAP ledgers, ensuring timely completion within tight deadlines. Additionally, I oversee the accurate and complete submission of financial data in HFM, including the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Orders, Backlog and Headcount data. I also prepare the Monthly Reporting Package for the Europe HQ team, which includes in-depth analyses of actuals versus forecast, prior period and prior-year values, along with an updated year-end forecast.I work closely with the General Manager, Sales Director, and Site Leader, providing analyses and simulations on sales, gross margin, SG & A, trade working capital and headcount data offering insights and corrective actions. Additionally, I am responsible for overseeing the statutory audit and tax reporting.As part of special projects, I led the second phase of Progea\'s integration into Emerson’s standards and procedures, focussing on SAP implementation and the transition of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger activities to the shared service center team.
