ABOUT JACOPO DELLA ROSA
I am an international graduate with personal and academic interests in people-related fields such as psychology and business. This led me to a Human Resources Management Master\'s which I completed at Trinity College Dublin along with my Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology and Business at Erasmus University College in Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Having lived in Italy, Croatia, the UK, Malaysia, the Netherlands, and Ireland I have experienced a continuous input of enriching experiences, and perspectives that have shaped the way I work and think today. I highly value being in multicultural environments, as I have gained the benefits of the settings I surround myself within. Having such an international background has helped me be open-minded and easily adaptable to any new environment.I am a hard-working individual, ready to discover the HR world. I am ready to put my practical and theoretical skills to the test with an interest in Learning & Development, Strategic HRM, HRM Generalist, and Talent Acquisition.
