Oversee strategy, vision, and execution to strengthen analytics enablement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Key Highlights: • Manage a core analytics team of four and a network of 15 DACE champions across business lines to scale analytics adoption, governance, and community engagement. • Launched and leads Comerica’s first Data & Analytics Center of Excellence, owning its strategy, governance framework, and long-term operating model. • Oversee end-to-end analytical project delivery under multiple engagement models: – Full Ownership: Design, build, and maintain analytical solutions in-house. – Hybrid: Develop and deploy analytics before transferring ownership to business teams. – Consultant: Provide expert guidance, governance, and best practices for business-led projects. • Drive customer data quality improvement by investigating business processes, data patterns, and architecture to identify systemic issues and deliver statistically driven insights. • Partner with the Chief Data & Analytics Officer and senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with enterprise priorities, regulatory needs, and modernization efforts. • Remain hands-on with SQL, Python, and Power BI to prototype solutions, validate insights, and mentor analysts, fostering continuous technical growth within the team.
