About Jacob Wilder

As senior director of operations and communications with the Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia (BOMA Georgia), I am responsible for producing the association’s publications, eCommunications, websites, awards programs, technology initiatives and membership recruitment. It is at BOMA Georgia that I live out the association\'s motto of \'Building Value\' for members of the commercial real estate industry. As a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), I earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2016. Additionally, I earned the Membership Management Certification, as well as ASAE\'s Association Management Week (2014) certificate. I am also a graduate of the Florida Society of Association Executive’s (FSAE) Qualified Association Specialist (QAS) certificate program. I currently serve as immediate past chair of ASAE’s Young Professionals Committee, where I work with other young professionals to foster ASAE’s online community Collaborate and works with other members of the committee to develop content for ASAE programming. As a member of the Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE), I have served as chair of the Emerging Professionals Shared Interest Group, where I was also co-chair in 2015. I was the 2015 recipient of the Sharon Hunt Emerging Leader Award from GSAE.
