My experience includes spearheading an 816-unit high-rise lease-up and a community takeover, consistently driving occupancy, retention, and elevated resident experiences. Recognized as Property Manager of the Year at the GCAA BRAVO Awards, I take pride in delivering results that reflect strong leadership, accountability, and community performance. I am also honored to have been named a 2026 AANC 20 on the Rise and a 2026 NAA 20 on the Rise, recognizing emerging leadership and impact within the multifamily industry. I am a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), a graduate of Bozzuto’s year-long Foundations of Leadership program, and honored to be selected as a participant in the GCAA Leadership Lyceum cohort—further strengthening my commitment to continuous growth, industry leadership, and professional development. These experiences have sharpened my focus on emotional intelligence, accountability, team development, and business execution. Beyond operations, I am deeply committed to leadership and social impact. I was honored with Bozzuto’s RISE for Social Impact Award for my work as Chair of the RISE by Bozzuto Carolinas chapter and currently serve as a Chapter Lead for LIFT (LGBTQIA+ Individuals and Friends Together), supporting inclusive leadership and community connection. My journey with Bozzuto has taken me from Washington, D.C. through Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Atlanta, and Charlotte, sharpening my skills in hospitality, communication, and relationship building. Today, as General Manager of Oro Ballantyne, I am proud to deliver a premier luxury living experience in one of Charlotte’s most exciting emerging sub-markets.
