I work at the intersection of growth, relationships, and value creation.Across my roles, my focus is consistent: helping businesses grow intentionally, scale sustainably, and position themselves to maximize long-term value.As part of Infinity Capital Partners, I support new market development by connecting middle-market business owners, management teams, and financial sponsors with the right private capital solutions—whether the objective is growth capital, recapitalization, M&A, or an eventual owner transition. The goal is always the same: help owners make informed decisions and maximize the value of what they’ve built.Through Wayman Consulting Group, I serve as a Fractional Business Development Executive / CRO, partnering with small to mid-sized companies to drive top-line growth. My work centers on identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and creating practical, executable growth strategies—not just ideas, but plans that teams can actually implement.I also work closely with City Wide Facility Solutions on special projects, supporting business development and project execution across Wichita, Des Moines, Springfield, Northwest Arkansas.
