Client Delivery• Supporting the implementation of financial and acquisitions planning systems for the Food and Drug Administration for which the total value was above 100 million dollars. The systems, used across the FDA, drive the organization’s budgetary and acquisitions activities each year, capturing and tracking billions of dollars\' worth of financial activities • Directly supporting congressional justification development, budget planning, and budget execution management for multiple FDA Centers which has improved efficiency and brought additional stakeholders into the processes • Oversaw the implementation of the “manage to payroll” initiative which decentralized federal payroll forecasting and tracking down to the lowest levels, empowering front-line supervisors to take ownership of their unique personnel requirements • Leading efforts to improve the efficiency and compliance of the FDA’s federal purchase card program • Supporting multiple FDA acquisitions offices to improve the understanding, timeliness, and data quality of new or existing contracts, grants, and inter-agency agreements • Serving as a Guidehouse federal budget and acquisitions SME, providing insights and support to projects across the Guidehouse federal portfolio of clients Business Development • Led capture on dozens of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs issued from federal public health agencies, resulting in multiple wins of new work and continuations of existing efforts • Drafted numerous white papers and supporting business development materials intended to generate new business opportunities for the firm Additional Experience • Responsible for recruiting, supervising, and evaluating dozens of Guidehouse team members across multiple projects • Managing the ongoing budgets for several, concurrent, multi-million-dollar projects• Overseeing multiple internal working groups and communities of practice that foster collaboration across the firm
