I am Product Manager Services & Digital Services at TRILUX Lighting Solutions GmbH. I am currently part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the LiveLink Internet of Things (IoT) platform and the entailing digital services that are offered by TRILUX. These services range from Energy Monitoring Services to Location Based Services that utilize TRILUX luminaires as the central feature of cyber physical space. Over my ten year career, I have represented German technology companies with an international presence in diverse markets such as South India, East Africa and Europe. At SEW Eurodrive, a leading manufacturer of drive technology, my focus was on solution selling in the industrial automation domain and building collaborative business relationships with OEMS & End-Users. My assignment in Kenya additionally involved the setting up the first SEW Eurodrive technical sales office for the region. I hold a Bachelor in Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SRM Institute of Science & Technology. In my final year project I conducted an analysis of the shot peening process on transmission elements. Subsequently I pursued a Master of Science degree in Technology, Innovation, Marketing and Entrepreneurship from RWTH Aachen, Germany. My interest in innovation management and servitization against the backdrop of Industry 4.0, prompted my master thesis on Customer Centricity in the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) business at Deutsche Telekom.
