I manage crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec. I also run the full capture process - sourcing federal and state solicitations, attending pre-bid meetings, preparing RFPs, and coordinating proposal submissions.I work closely with executive leadership to align project execution with growth strategy, helping expand RestoPro770’s contract portfolio and market reach. Whether it’s coordinating with vendors, managing compliance docs, or tracking key deadlines, I stay focused on execution and results.I’m currently working toward my Florida General Contractor license and am always looking for ways to grow in the construction and contracting space.
