I own a boutique luxury Real Estate firm called The Tate Brokerage after scaling down from 50+ agents at another company that I sold. I got into real estate reluctantly, but once i flipped my first house at 18 years old and pocketed over 40k. I felt a sudden twitch of enthusiasm. I\'ve had at least a foot in the industry ever since. I have worked with developers such as Ryan Homes, buyers like Tractor Supply, and I have listed homes in the Troubadour. I keep a low profile as an agent, using word of mouth referrals only, mostly friends and family, and spend the rest of my time as an entrepreneur in several different ways. I chair a state policy committee and am on the board of Centerstone in Tennessee, a non-profit mental health organization with hundreds of locations across the nation. I have invested into and/or co-founded multiple start up businesses, including becoming a founder and primary operator of consumer product ventures, personally responsible for product design, international sourcing, and trademarked brand development. I have a hard time saying no to exciting ventures, and I genuinely love to network. It\'s something I do naturally and get a lot of joy from. Few things are more fulfilling than establishing a new and valuable friend/relationship. So if you want to grab a coffee, just ask. I will make time.
