About Jake Remick

I’m an Army National Guard Infantry Captain and Intelligence Community Scholar with experience leading teams in complex, multinational environments and supporting defense programs in the aerospace industry. My background spans operational leadership, technical problem-solving, and intelligence analysis, allowing me to approach challenges from both strategic and practical perspectives.I hold a Master’s in National Security Intelligence Analysis, a Graduate Certificate in Data Science, and have completed Persian language training through the U.S. Department of State’s Critical Language Scholarship Program. I’m particularly interested in roles that value leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate across technical and organizational boundaries.

1. Infantry Officer

   Army National Guard

   Sep 2013 — Present

   Infantry officer with over a decade of service in the Army National Guard, beginning as an enlisted infantryman and commissioning through ROTC at the University of New Hampshire. Served in a range of leadership and staff roles both full and part time, including platoon leader, executive officer, Company Commander, and brigade-level exercise planner supporting airborne and multinational operations.Deployed in support of Operation Joint Guardian and selected to represent the Army National Guard at the Best Ranger Competition (2021) and the Austrian Edelweiss Raid - the international championship for military ski mountaineering (2023). Completed advanced military training, including Ranger School, Jumpmaster, Advanced Military Mountaineer, Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leaders Course, and Pathfinder School among others.
