jacobpacey.com Cannes Lions award-winning advertising copywriter and Associate Creative Director with 10+ years of experience in marketing and corporate communications. My work has been recognized internationally by Cannes, The One Show, Clios, Communication Arts and the Epica Awards, as well as right here at home by The Advertising and Design Club of Canada, Applied Arts, Marketing Awards, and the Canadian Marketing Association. Outside of writing for advertising, I am also an accomplished comedy writer and Second City Conservatory alumni. My writing has appeared in The Walrus, The Feathertale Review, McSweeney\'s, and on CBC Radio, as well as The Beaverton, where I currently moonlight as a contributing writer. In 2015, I was the recipient of a Gold Medal for humour at the National Magazine Awards, one of Canada\'s highest literary honours.
