I am the infrastructure regional manager for Tetra Tech in New York City. With over 16 years of experience in civil engineering, stormwater management, land development, and construction, with a particular focus on resiliency, mitigation, and sustainability. Currently serving as Tetra Tech\'s Infrastructure National Technical Leader in Mitigation and Resiliency. Have cultivated expertise in flood resiliency design and feasibility studies, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, stormwater management reports, and flood studies. His proficiency extends to the design of soil erosion and sediment control, site grading, earthwork analyses, surveying, construction coordination, and inspections.As a seasoned project manager, I successfully overseen the performance and preparation of planning efforts and detailed engineering designs for permitting and construction across diverse projects throughout the country. Have developed a reputation for exceptional versatility in managing a wide spectrum of complex projects. Recently have been involved with the response and recovery of severe weather events in New York, Massachusetts, Texas, and Florida to assist in the redevelopment of sustainable and resilient communities. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and my Masters of Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. I am also a certified floodplain manager(CFM) and Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP).
