I am a medical device professional and current product marketer with a strong foundation in manufacturing, operations, and people leadership. My experience in manufacturing engineering, production supervision, and both upstream and downstream marketing give me an end-to-end understanding of how products are designed, built, launched, and supported in the field. This allows me to connect technical details, customer insights, and commercial strategies in a practical, results-driven manner.I began my career on the manufacturing floor, supporting production lines as a manufacturing engineer, where I led cross-functional improvement efforts that delivered over $1M in annual scrap savings for our site. I later led a team of 35 direct labor associates as a production supervisor, and our diverse, multilingual team consistently met or outperformed plan in a complex environment. Today, I partner closely with clinician customers, R&D, and commercial teams to understand unmet needs, translating them into technical product requirements, and presenting that to customers in clear, relevant messaging. I\'m known for being even-keeled, approachable, and well-spoken, with an inclination towards leadership and influence. While I enjoy hands-on marketing work, I\'m energized by mentorship and development, and aspire to return to a formal leadership role where I can coach, guide, and motivate teams while driving meaningful innovation for patients and their clinicians.
