I am Jacob Jansonius, an Agile Program Consultant with over 25 years of experience in leading, planning, and executing complex IT projects in various industries, such as Finance, IT, Utilities, and Operations. I have an MBA and an MS in Information Technology Management, and I am a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner. My mission is to facilitate transformation and innovation within organizations, by bridging communication gaps, streamlining business processes, engaging and mentoring staff, and harnessing data to inform decision making.
