I help shape the big-picture direction, build the strategy behind it, and ensure the details are carried out with excellence. I care about creating environments that are engaging and built to actually move people forward.I also lead and coach a team of volunteers, investing in their growth and helping them step into greater ownership and leadership. Developing people is just as important to me as building strong programs.My background as a campus tour guide sharpened something I still use every day: the ability to connect quickly, communicate clearly, and help people think confidently about what is next.
