Knock CRM was acquired by realpage in October of 2022. Though I enjoyed working with a great team at Avalara, I really wanted to get back to a startup where I could use all of my well earned knowledge on creating and growing teams to really add value to an organization. I joined Knock in October of 2021 as their first Director of UX. Our three person team assessed the current state of UX maturity at Knock and created a roadmap for improvement. As Director of UX over the front office products at Realpage, I\'m responsible for the usability and user satisfaction of 10+ products. I led the beta programs for DemandX and Knock Centralized, and our team has contributed design improvements in over 100 releases in 3 years with Realpage.
