About Jacob Colson

Supply Chain Experience:I interned at COLSA Corp. where I worked in the logistics department to help support aircraft production. We managed inventory heavily and kept track of all things purchasing.Other Experience:At age 17, I enlisted in the Alabama Air National Guard as an F-16 Crew Chief. I learned a lot about teamwork and respect going through military training. I also learned the great importance in paying attentional to detail, especially when someone else\'s life is at stake.Qualities:My top qualities are reliability and adaptability. I constantly strive to make sure I produce quality products to whoever asks for it, no matter how big or small the task is. I also pride myself on being able to some into a new situation or process and pick it up very quick. Managers are able to train me at a faster rate.I strive to lead people and teams one day. I served on my fraternity\'s executive board, which is an elected position consisting of seven members that make decisions for the good of the organization. I also served a similar role in my youth organization in high school. Experiences like this shape who I want to be.My Goal:I strive to have a career where I can make processes more efficient and better for the customer. Roles where I consult or come up with strategies while leading a team interests me. On a personal level, I would like to see the world and take in as many experiences as I can.
