My mission is to make cities better.I leverage my expertise as a planner, project manager, problem solver and facilitator into delivering multi-modal transportation projects with complementary land use and zoning to achieve places that enrich people\'s lives. Cities work best when their citizens are provided the opportunities to become their best selves. Creating that change takes determination and an openness to work through the process with trust.    Accountable for delivery strategy and execution across a $229.8 million capital portfolio, driving alignment of funding, planning, design, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across departments and partners• Direct cross-functional teams of 30 staff and 4 external partners, advancing strategic placemaking initiatives and transit system construction mitigations• Manage coordination with City of Austin, CARTS, CAPCOG, and regional stakeholders for $47.8 million major infrastructure and service initiatives• Oversee federal grant programs, including Climate Pollution Reduction Grant, managing $15 million in funding and ensuring compliance and delivery• Guide executive decision-making on program risk, delivery strategy, and agency alignment for $1 billion in capital investments through the use of workshops, KPIs and benefits-realization frameworks• Influence regional transportation funding and policy decisions, impacting $1 billion in long-range investments• Lead environmental and technical reviews for light rail projects valued at $7.1 billion, coordinating engineering, planning, and regulatory functions
