Responsibilities & Highlights:• Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and meeting defined recruiting metrics for quality, cost, cycle time, diversity, and compliance/risk all while providing a world class recruitment experience• Have facilitated meetings as needed with our entire Technical Recruiting team (about 40+ total, both on/off shore)• Participate in Leadership Strategy/Annual Planning sessions with Senior Leadership. Offered key insights on delivery strategy, offerings, changes to our processes that allow us to adapt to what our customers need.• Join members of the sales team on requisition intake calls or vendor meetings. Ensuring complete business alignment and giving us the best chance to fill the role with the right candidate. • Participate in pilot groups (Chat Bot, ATS automation, messaging tools, GPT tools), providing clear and concise feedback on tools and technologies that we are considering. • Active member in two of our companies ERGs (Horizontal Cares, Military)Accomplishments:2022, 2023 Contest (surpasses $600k+ both years in annual spread)-Horizontal Talent’s core mission is to uncover great opportunities for our consultants and supply the talent our clients need to get things done.
