I am a graduate of the Basic Officer Course, Infantry Officer Course, Scout Sniper Unit Leader Course, Watch Officer Course, Security Cooperation Planners Course, Joint Humanitarian Operations Course, Naval Expeditionary Operations Planner, and Expeditionary Warfare School. I was at 1st Battalion, 6th Marines where I served as a Platoon Commander, Company Executive Officer, Convoy Commander while deployed to Syria in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, RBE Executive Officer and Assistant Operations Officer. In Syria, I led more than 30 convoys for more than miles in a combat zone to resupply the Artillery Battery with ammunition and other classes of supplies. I assisted the planning for a multi-National NATO exercise named Saber Strike in Latvia and served as the Ground Combat Element Executive Officer while supporting Marine Week Charlotte.I then began working at 4th Marine Regiment in Okinawa, Japan as the Current Operations Officer. I served in key billets at a bi-lateral exercise with the Malaysian Armed Forces, a bi-lateral exercise with the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF), and a joint combined multinational exercise with 17 countries in Thailand named Cobra Gold. I served as the Lead Planner for a battlefield walk at Iwo Jima and a battle site tour of the Battle of Okinawa. I then became the Aide-de-Camp for the Commanding General of 3rd Marine Division and served two different 2-star Generals. I then took over as the India Company Commander at 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment in Marine Corps Base Hawaii. I led more than 150 Marines and Sailors for 20 months through more than 40 field evolutions, bi-lateral training with the Taiwan Marine Corps and JGSDF, cross training with units from the Army, Navy, and Air Force. I am currently a Plans Officer at Marine Forces South.
