   My business partner and I started our small business to provide a premium tile and grout, carpet, and upholstery cleaning service to our clients in the Las Vegas Area that focuses on a strict adherence to quality and ethics in an industry (carpet cleaning) that certainly lacks these qualities. We specialize in high-end residential properties and service some of the most high-visibility commercial properties in Las Vegas. The idea behind the business is that we had seen a business opportunity in the routinely poor quality and poor service we had received from the national and local companies over our years here in Las Vegas. Being from the midwest originally, we are accustomed to companies paying the utmost attention to customer satisfaction in order to build their customer base, a common sense approach that too many service providers in Las Vegas seem to lack. From the beginning, we purchased all new, state of the art equipment to provide the best results we could day one, job one. Our 5-star ratings on websites such as yelp.com and google are a product of this approach, and we are happy to have consistently satisfied our clients each and every job. Being a veteran, I demand top performance and attention to detail out of our team, and I am happy to provide 10% discounts to veterans, civil servants, and seniors. I am dedicated to growing my business the right way, and as a small business with a small advertising budget, most of our growth has been a result of word of mouth and maintaining our good reputation in the community.
