Hey, I’m Jacob! I’m early in my career and recently graduated from Cal State San Marcos, but the path here definitely wasn\'t straightforward.I spent my whole 20 years of life playing baseball, and it all ended abruptly when I got cut from my community college team. Baseball was my identity, so losing it meant losing my direction. That moment forced me to rebuild and decide what to do next.I enrolled at Cal State San Marcos and surrounded myself with new people, new opportunities, and learning about the world of business. I dove into everything I could, from marketing internships with DoorDash and Milikowsky Tax Law to operations work with CSUSM\'s Outdoor Program. The discipline, grit, and team-first mindset I learned in baseball translated directly into the real world.Now I\'m focused on starting my career with a company where I can actually make an impact. I\'m early in my career, but I\'m hungry, intentional, and ready to contribute.
