As the Manager of a 52-unit complex, I oversaw all aspects of daily operations. I conducted regular walk-throughs, addressing tenant questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, I maintained an accurate inventory of materials and parts necessary for move-outs, regularly ordering and updating stock as needed.In my role, I carefully inspected vacant units, facilitating turnovers and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely completion of work. I also took great care in maintaining the premises in a clean, orderly, and safe condition, performing regular preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.In addition to these responsibilities, I resolved any resident complaints and enforced house rules in accordance with established policies. I remained on-call for emergencies and responded promptly to resolve any issues that arose. My strong communication and organizational skills enabled me to manage all aspects of the complex with efficiency and effectiveness.
