   Led cross-agent support for working within AWS ECS Fargate, building test clusters, and working with our Infrastructure and APM Services teams to determine what data they needed for linking. All teams successfully released support on schedule.• Led the.NET Agent’s instrumentation of AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI client resulting in the.NET Agent releasing with the AI Monitoring GA ahead of schedule.• Built a simplified PoC for Azure Site Extensions enabling other Agent teams to quickly release extensions for their own agents as part of a larger project build a presence with Azure Marketplace.• Rebuilt the.NET Agent\'s StackExchange.Redis instrumentation, migrating to their new profiling API to reduce instrumentation time to sub-millisecond levels.• Refactored a key part of the.NET Agent’s metrics pipeline to remove all locking and implement modern threading techniques, resolving an escalation from a large customer over thread contention.• Contributed to a cross-agent protocol for customer log shipping, enabling support for all 3 major.NET logging frameworks at GA.• Implemented a GitHub Actions workflow to automate Fastly cache clearing during releases, ensuring immediate availability of new files.• Led the.NET Agent\'s migration to GitHub Actions, which eliminated 20 legacy build servers and decreased overall build and test times.
